Our company has significant experience in controlling unique, high accuracy heat treatment processes of especially high heating up speed.
In the framework of our primarily NI cRIO based solutions, with the aid of multi-channel fast and accurate measurements, we control high performance, electric, resistant and infra pipe heating elements with PDM control synchronised with the multichannel network implemented in FPGA, in line with the process, complementing the traditional digital controlling algorithms with adaptive, model-based control.
With the aid of these methods we are able to keep at the expected levels both the overrunning and the fast temperature change demands even in the range of 10-100 mK. Our systems may be equally well used for the temperature regulation of the heat treatment, chemical and electrochemical processes.
