Optical microscopic measurement

During most of the research and development sample visualization is necessary, but sometimes the resolution of human eyes or CCD cameras are not suitable. There are several techniques for visualize small objects, one of the simplest and widely used is optical microscopy. Nowadays, they most of the time are combined by digital imaging feature. The combined technique is called DOM (Digital Optical Microscopy). Due to the diffraction of the visible light optical microscopes have a maximum magnification, which is around 5000 times in case of modern DOMs.
